She hadn't meant to put off doing this for as long as she ended up doing, but Lana had been doing what she does best whenever she's upset, with anger boiling so close to the surface. She had kept herself busy, with her business and her plans and anything that could promise her the work to keep a quiet mind.

But standing now by the apartment's door, she wondered if she should had maybe checked on the young vampire earlier. After what she witnessed at the Conclave and what she heard happened after with that girlfriend of theirs... ex-girlfriend now, she supposed. "Madison be a dear and open." She said softly before knocking on the door lightly, enough to be heard by a vampire.

She knows, for younglings the emotions can be a bit too much, run too high. She remembers, how different everything felt for her the moment she was brought into this life, how loud every emotion was, remembers the grippling fear and desperation at the very idea of living on without her sisters. The defiance, the despair when she ran away from her sire at the refusal of their turning.

Remembers how blinding they were when she reached her sisters, how loud and pressing they were that she couldn't wait for Çaska to wake before she turned her. So she understands, and it's the only reason she doesn't think of punishment when she sees Madison's fist connect to a vampire's face on Conclave ground. At least they're didn't kill him. Lana can understand that desire well too.

Young heartbreak. Crushing.

She moves the moment the girl leaves, a hand wrapping around the young vampire's arm. "Why don't we go have a little chat, dear?." /@flashfanged

She still didn't understand fully, Madison's decision to come separate this time around. But Mila hadn't argued too much about it, she's noticed the way they seemed to retract into themselves more and more these passing days. Ever since the opening night of Khaos. She knew what it had to do with, knew it wasn't something about her, exactly... but it still left a bitter taste in her tongue to know she was being pushed away, that she couldn't do anything to help. She caught them a while after she arrived, and a smile formed on her lips involuntarily at the sight. She had seen them in a suit before, but the sight was magnificent anyway. With Daniel saying hi to his sister, and Allie mingling about, Mila had no excuse and no one to stop her to reach out. "You look incredibly dashing in that suit." She commented softly as she reached them, keeping her distance still in case, almost afraid they'd reject the touch. A shy smile on her lips.
